I always want to go out and buy tea but I never know which ones. What are some of your faves?
okay, this is a hard question hah. i drink so much tea… it really depends on if it is bagged or loose-leaf in some cases. my favourite loose-leaf so far is Black Dragon Pearl tea, and Silver Needle (which is a white tea). other than that green tea is always good, and Darjeeling as well. st john’s wart (or good mood, whatever they are calling it now) is a very interesting tea with many different flavours, good for mood boosting. you really can’t go too wrong with tea, however i do tend to stay away from *most* fruity teas because i don’t particularly like them, but you might! a lot of companies put out sampler boxes that you can buy to test out what you like.
EDIT: also peppermint is like my favourite tea of all time how could i forget. i love putting honey in it.
